5 Core Elements to Living an Amazing Life
ENERGY
“The only way we can change our lives is to change our energy – to change the electromagnetic field we are constantly broadcasting. In other words, to change our state of being, we have to change how we think and feel.” Dr. Joe Dispenza
Human Energy is a concept that may seem straightforward, but it’s actually a multifaceted topic.
At its core, human energy refers to the subtle, intangible force that underlies all of our thoughts, emotions, and actions. It is the life force that animates our bodies and minds, and it is intimately connected to our physical, mental and spiritual health.
The human body possesses energy. This energy can affect our emotions, thoughts, and physical well-being. When this energy is regulated, it helps us feel more balanced, healthy, and peaceful.
On the other hand, if it is not regularly monitored, the energy becomes blocked or stagnant in certain areas of the body, and can lead to physical pain or emotional distress. Therefore, it’s important to be mindful of these blockages and work towards balancing them through chakra healing, yoga, tai chi, meditation, acupuncture, and breathwork.
Chakra System is One of the most well-known models of human energy. It originated in ancient India and has been used for thousands of years in various forms of yoga, breathing and mediation practices. According to this model, there are seven main energy centers (or chakras) around human body and each corresponds to a different aspect of our physical, emotional and spiritual experience.
Now that we have discussed presence of energy vibrating within our body, it is important to note that the energy that the cosmos (the Sun, the Earth, the Galaxy), possess affects our emotions, body and spirit. When we acknowledge this connection, we open ourselves to communicating with this energy. This recognition can prove instrumental when we practice yoga, tai chi or qi gong. If you can harmonize your body with the energy of the cosmos, it can prove transformational on all levels – body, mind, spirit, and soul.
